Email is the only way to reach CreditCardSignups.com (the "Site"). The Site has no contact form, phone line or chat, because it does not collect personal information from readers. Pick the address below that matches your message, and include the page address when your message concerns a specific page. We read everything but cannot promise a reply to every email.

Corrections

If a figure or claim on the Site does not match the issuer's current terms, email editorial@creditcardsignups.com. Include the address of the page, the specific figure or claim, and where we can verify the correct information. We review every report, correct confirmed errors promptly and add a dated note to the page. The Editorial Policy describes the process.

Reader questions and pitches

General questions, requests for a card we have not covered and story pitches also go to editorial@creditcardsignups.com. We cannot advise on your personal situation, tell you whether you will be approved or help with an application, and we cannot see anything you have submitted to an issuer. Do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or statements.

Partnerships

Issuers, affiliate partners and advertisers should write to partnerships@creditcardsignups.com. A partnership does not buy a rating, a review, a recommendation or a place in a ranking. Compensation can affect featured placement and tie-breaks between equally ranked cards, as the Advertiser Disclosure explains, and nothing else.

Privacy and legal requests

Privacy rights requests, questions about the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, and other legal matters go to legal@creditcardsignups.com. The privacy policy explains which rights you may have and what to include in a request.
